In general treatment: Take 2 capsules per day for a period of 6 months.

As an attack treatment for premenstrual pain: Take 3 capsules in a single dose at mealtime with a large glass of water. To be consumed over a period of 10 days per month, during the second half of the female cycle (approximately 15 days after the start of menstruation).
