What should I do if my product is damaged upon receipt?
If your product is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to contact us immediately. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue, either by sending you a new product or by issuing a refund.
At PSH1715, we always make sure to pack our products carefully and send them in the best conditions. However, damage can sometimes occur during transport, a problem that, although rare, unfortunately remains the responsibility of the carrier. We take care of this type of situation and are committed to providing you with a solution as soon as possible.
Please remember to send us photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging so that we can process your request quickly.
How to exchange or return a product?
We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused and in its intact packaging.
- You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us and arrange the return.
If you wish to exchange a product, we will be happy to send you a replacement product, subject to availability.
However, we do not provide refunds, but if you are unsure which product to exchange, we will provide you with a credit for the amount of your purchase, which you can use on a future order.

What are your processing and delivery times?
We are committed to preparing and shipping your orders within 24 hours of your purchase.
For Europe, packages usually arrive within 48 hours of shipping, depending on the destination.
Outside Europe delivery times are approximately 6 days, depending on the destination country.
