What is royal jelly?

Royal jelly, white in color and liquid in texture, represents the most precious component of the hive, also known as "bee milk". It is created to feed the larvae and the queen, thus ensuring the longevity of the latter. Harvested by foraging bees and manufactured by nurse bees, it is rich in 10-HDA, vitamins, minerals, and other natural components. Its benefits include toning, immunostimulant, antibacterial and anti-aging properties.

What should I do if my product is damaged upon receipt?

If your product is damaged upon receipt, we invite you to contact us immediately. We will take prompt action to resolve the issue, either by sending you a new product or by issuing a refund.

At PSH1715, we always make sure to pack our products carefully and send them in the best conditions. However, damage can sometimes occur during transport, a problem that, although rare, unfortunately remains the responsibility of the carrier. We take care of this type of situation and are committed to providing you with a solution as soon as possible.

Please remember to send us photos of the damaged product as well as the packaging so that we can process your request quickly.

How to exchange or return a product?

We accept returns and exchanges under certain conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused and in its intact packaging.
  • You have 14 days from receipt of your order to contact us and arrange the return.

If you wish to exchange a product, we will be happy to send you a replacement product, subject to availability.
