- Do not use in pregnant, breastfeeding women and children.
- Related to caffeine: risk of nervousness, insomnia, tachycardia, interactions with fluvoxamine, psoralens, fluoroquinolones.
- Related to fucus: thyroid disorders, risks of interactions with NSAIDs, clopidogrel, heparins, warfarin, coumadin.
- Related to guarana: cardiovascular, kidney and hyperthyroidism problems.
- Avoid taking it after 4 p.m. (caffeine).
- If you have chronic treatment, or a persistent pathology. Always seek the advice of your doctor.
