Good humor is an ideal food supplement for depressive states and burn-out type fatigue. This formula supplies the body with tyrosine, a precursor of dompamine, as well as vitamins B3, B6, B9 and B12 which participate in the production of dopamine. It also provides magnesium which reduces fatigue.

USING ADVICE

Take 1 capsule per day outside of meals.

We advise you to combine the Bonne Humeur intake with that of Supermag.

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE

Use is not recommended in pregnant or breastfeeding women and children.

Related to tyrosine:

  • Cardiovascular disorders, cardiac arrhythmia, hypertension
  • Antidepressant treatments, psychoses
  • Hyperthyroidism
  • Melanoma

In relation to magnesium:

  • Elderly people on multiple medications, with renal insufficiency.
  • Infectious cystitis.
  • Reduction in the absorption of certain medications, taken at a distance from: quinolones, tetracyclines, bisphosphonates, IEC, L-Thyroxine.
